About Us

Our centers are built to provide children with a safe, nurturing and learning environment while reinforcing and appreciating their own special uniqueness.  Our teachers are committed to providing age appropriate lessons that will ensure varied experiences to help them develop socially, intellectually, physically and emotionally in a manner appropriate to their age and stage development.

With over fifty years combined experience, our management team provides all of our families access to an excellent, fun and safe educational experience for all children enrolled in our programs.

We go above and beyond the State requirements when hiring our teachers/caregivers.  The following are some important items that we believe support us in recruiting and maintaining quality staff:

  • Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI background checks on all employees

  • A minimum of two-years of childcare experience is required

  • First-Aid, CPR & Fire Safety training are renewed annually for all staff

  • All staff complete at least 12 hours of training per year

  • All centers participate in Keystone STARS

Why is Keystone STARS important?

A child’s early education is crucial to his/her personal development and future academic success. Keystone STARS sets requirements for early childhood educators to promote the most effective and beneficial learning environment in a safe and positive setting for children. Children who attend quality early learning programs benefit in several ways, such as:

  • enter kindergarten ready to learn and have an easier time adjusting to change

  • perform better in school, both academically and socially

  • are more likely to graduate high school, attend college/university and succeed their future career
